What is your return policy?
If faulty/damaged/torn lenses arive at you we will replace them,free of charge.However if the error was on the customers side we will minimal courier charge involved.
How do I return my order?
Email us on email@example.com, we will reply with a delivery address.
How long do I have to return my order?
30 days from date on invoice.
When can I expect a refund/ exchange?
REFUND: Once we have received the contact lenses from you, refund will be done within 2 days.
EXCHANGE: 3-5 days. We will first verify your prescription which may take 2 days. Delivery could take 3-5 days Monday-Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. ( Outlying areas may take a bit longer-please refer to the delivery map by clicking here).
If suppliers are our of stock, the order will take longer but we will notify you
